{I originally wrote this some time ago, inspired by watching my son juggle. But since most people are now home alone, I thought inspiring you to learn to juggle might be worthwhile. Of course, we “juggle” many things, in sickness and in health. Luckily, our ancestors have had 4.5 billion years of evolutionary experience to help us out.}.
Cube the Sphere;
Inertia’s stayed!
Vanquish fear;
Gravity’s played!
Hands are quick;
Handsome hash.
Sliding slick —
Tricky flash!
Band of motion,
Strong as steel
And roaring ocean,
Softly feel!
Dance the doing;
Do the dance;
Rhythm gluing
Form from chance!
Have and hold;
Paint the air.
Flex and fold
With careless care!
Steadfast rhythm,
Steady rhyme —
Arch the anthem
Through sweet time!
Cinch a shower;
Capture liberty;
Flow a flower;
Freeze eternity!
I’ve a notion
You’re a king of —
Magic motion
And lyric love!
