Hai-Cat-Ku for You
Frankly staring eyes
Gently lead me to surmise:
Cats are cats; that’s that.
Her pleasures: Sun, Food, Lap, Nap —
All black shadow cat.
On high alert, she
Lives as now as possibly:
Nature teaching me.
Kitchen cats remind
My mind magicality
Seek and I will find.
Orange blaze would laze
All day in sun’s warmish rays —
Sadly sunlight strays.
The fondest Tally wish:
To feast on five fresh fried fish.
Her feline fetish.
Shadow’s sometimes sad;
To see rich humans act so bad.
Ignore brains they had.
Charles Wallace Cat:
Has grown a tiny bit fat.
I also share in that.
Luna asks me why
(With her squeaky little sigh)
Won’t nations unify?
A Suddenly Springing Something
Love the pictures and the poetry.
You were right! I loved it! Tomorrow I am posting my poem about my two cats. I’ll follow your blog! Love your cats!
I saw your post. What beautiful cats! But also — those are really nice photos as well.
Thank you! I have been a photographer for over 10 years. But have to admit that I use my phone camera mostly now. I love my cats.
We have six cats — they seem to “know” when I’m about to take a picture and move away about 95% of the time. LOL.
Aww! Sweet Shadow could be Nora’s brother.

I mean, sister. (Not sure why My response showed as anonymous).
Love cats and cat pictures.
Hi Peter. Thank you for visiting and following HoB. Much appreciated!
Thank you for visiting my blog, Peter. Sorry for the delay in responding. I have been very I’ll and have a long recovery ahead. I’ve just now accessed my site on the phone and it doesn’t seem to provide me with a way to reply to comments. I’ve enjoyed your post and look forward to looking around your site more when things get better for me.
I hope you are feeling better, Leah.
